Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for embedded software and semiconductor products.
- Lead the execution of manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and Designers to identify quality gaps early in the SDLC.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
- Analyze system requirements and troubleshoot complex defects to ensure robust product stability.
- Utilize scripting languages (Python/Java) and automation frameworks to increase testing efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the semiconductor or embedded systems industry.
- Strong proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent understanding of software testing methodologies, life cycles, and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment.
