Join Qorvo as a Staff Test Engineer and drive the quality and efficiency of our next-generation wireless solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our testing infrastructure, designing robust test strategies and automation frameworks to ensure our RF components meet the highest industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, enhance, and modify test source code, significantly reducing test times and resolving complex test solution troubleshooting issues.
Our ideal candidate is a technical expert who thrives on optimizing test methodologies and ensuring product reliability. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of test development, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with our manufacturing processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and source code for RF and semiconductor testing environments.
- Optimize existing test procedures to reduce cycle times and improve overall manufacturing yield.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex test equipment and software issues in real-time.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product Engineering to define test specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Implement and integrate new testing methodologies into the existing test infrastructure.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior test engineers and technicians.
- Document test procedures, code changes, and technical reports for compliance and knowledge transfer.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in test engineering, specifically within the RF, Microwave, or Semiconductor industry.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or LabVIEW.
- Deep understanding of automated test equipment (ATE) and test methodologies (e.g., VISA, GPIB).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
