Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee general affairs operations including facility management, vendor coordination, and office maintenance
  • Lead HR administrative functions including payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping
  • Conduct training needs analysis and organize employee development programs
  • Manage departmental budget for HR and general affairs operations
  • Ensure workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR best practices
  • Experience in general affairs management and facility coordination
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Certification in HR management (e.g., CHRP) preferred
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
