We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Systems Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic Rail and Transit team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this key role, you will play a vital part in the planning and delivery of critical infrastructure projects, ensuring the highest standards of system integrity and safety compliance.
As a Systems Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the development of assurance strategies and managing the verification and validation (V&V) processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, conduct rigorous testing, and ensure that all systems meet stringent local regulatory and international safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive system assurance strategies for rail and transit projects.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and regular compliance audits.
- Manage the verification and validation (V&V) lifecycle to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define quality requirements and safety standards.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Identify potential system failures and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to IEC, EN, and other relevant industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems assurance, quality engineering, or railway systems.
- Strong working knowledge of safety-critical systems and relevant international standards.
- Proficiency in risk management tools and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
