Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and niche job boards
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess cultural fit and competencies
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and maintain accurate candidate records
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Implement talent mapping initiatives for hard-to-fill positions
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-hire
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of recruitment/sourcing experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate company value propositions
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruitment metrics
- Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
