  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define precise job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Conduct phone screens, technical assessments, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage and optimize job postings on various platforms to enhance employer branding.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership regarding hiring trends and pipeline status.
  • Build a robust network of potential candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the education or corporate sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
