- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes to attract, screen, and hire top talent efficiently.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels (social media, networking, job boards, and headhunting).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define precise job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct phone screens, technical assessments, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage and optimize job postings on various platforms to enhance employer branding.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership regarding hiring trends and pipeline status.
- Build a robust network of potential candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the education or corporate sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
