Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various positions across different industries
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
