Impact Investment Exchange (Asia) Pte Ltd is on an exciting growth trajectory, scaling our teams across Asia. We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who is proactive, strategic, and capable of owning the full recruitment lifecycle without constant hand-holding.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and building strong relationships with hiring managers. You will navigate the competitive landscape of impact investing to find exceptional candidates who align with our mission. Tanggung Jawab
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent to extending offers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and build talent pipelines.
- Execute creative sourcing strategies, including social media recruitment, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure a high-quality fit for IIX’s culture and mission.
- Manage the full candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive journey throughout the process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to track requisitions and analyze hiring metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or HR Generalist with a focus on recruitment.
- Experience in the impact investing, finance, non-profit, or development sector is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting methodologies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable), and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
