- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment delivery, from sourcing to onboarding, for client accounts.
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates specifically within the Australian market.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the technical and cultural requirements of the role.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to reduce time-to-hire for critical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, salary benchmarks, and selection criteria.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor recruitment practices.
- Ensure full compliance with Australian employment standards and data protection regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for the Australian market is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the Australian recruitment landscape, labor laws, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid team setting.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
