As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating with US counterparts through regular conference calls and meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and local talent market dynamics will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing the best candidates for our diverse range of technical and non-technical positions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with US counterparts through conference calls and meetings to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Philippine market
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical and non-technical positions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate selection criteria
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Experience coordinating with international teams, particularly US-based counterparts
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
