Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing partners
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational HR policies
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with hospital needs
- Collaborate with department heads to define staffing requirements
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Analyze recruitment metrics and report on effectiveness to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment or talent management experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment software
- Ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
