Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Implement recruitment strategies to enhance employer brand and candidate experience
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
