  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
  • Implement recruitment strategies to enhance employer brand and candidate experience
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
