Leoch Battery is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Engineer to join our After Sales Department. In this role, you will act as the technical face of our company, providing essential support and solutions to our valued clients. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to our battery systems, ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for after-sales battery systems and related equipment.
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to diagnose and resolve customer technical faults effectively.
- Liaise with customers to understand their engineering requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare accurate technical quotations and specifications in collaboration with the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of technical interactions, service reports, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Ensure all technical activities comply with company safety standards and industry regulations.
- Assist in training customers or junior staff on the operation and maintenance of battery systems.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a technical support, engineering, or after-sales role.
- Strong knowledge of battery technology, UPS systems, or power storage solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and technical documentation tools.
- Valid driver’s license is required for occasional site visits.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Malay.
