As the Technical Lead, you will act as the guardian of our operational excellence. You will be responsible for directing technical teams, implementing best practices for data center operations, and ensuring the seamless availability of critical services. Your expertise will be vital in managing facility systems, including cooling, power distribution, and security protocols, while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals to ensure efficient data center operations and high service quality.
- Oversee the daily maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of critical facility systems (cooling, power, UPS, fire suppression).
- Ensure 99.99% uptime and implement robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility services and specialized equipment.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices (e.g., TIA-942).
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, including capital expenditure (CapEx) and operational expenditure (OpEx) planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical), Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data center operations or facility management.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, overseeing technical teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness), data center infrastructure standards, and cooling technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- ITIL or PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
