Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Providing regular feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the IT, engineering, or software development sectors.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and various sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
