Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical service or maintenance engineering
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Certifications in relevant maintenance methodologies (e.g., CMRP) preferred
- Strong communication skills and client management experience
