Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the knowledge base system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers for end-users.
- Monitor system performance and alert stakeholders to potential service interruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (or other relevant languages) – a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is highly desirable.
