Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for machine vision systems, including hardware, software, and integration issues
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems via remote support, on-site visits, and customer consultations
- Document all support activities, solutions, and customer feedback in the CRM system
- Train customers and internal teams on product usage, maintenance, and best practices
- Collaborate with R&D teams to escalate recurring issues and drive product enhancements
- Monitor system performance and proactively implement preventive maintenance measures
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of machine vision systems, imaging technologies, and automation
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools, remote support software, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support and installations
