Tanggung Jawab
- Perform real-time defect analysis on semiconductor wafers to identify root causes of yield issues.
- Monitor and control the RDA shift process to ensure operational efficiency and quality targets are met.
- Operate and maintain advanced analysis equipment, including Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) and Focused Ion Beams (FIB).
- Document detailed analysis results and participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects.
- Collaborate closely with Process Engineers and Quality Assurance teams to implement corrective actions.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Manage time effectively during shifts to maintain workflow continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or quality control is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and technical schematics.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data recording systems.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
