We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team. In this pivotal role, you will drive our business growth by preparing and submitting accurate, competitive tenders that secure profitable projects. You'll collaborate with Contracts Managers, engineers, and procurement specialists to analyze project specifications, develop cost models, and identify risk mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate will excel in market research, material cost analysis, and tender documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards and contractual requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to determine scope of works and quantify materials/labor requirements
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for competitive tender submissions
- Conduct market research on material costs, labor rates, and subcontractor pricing
- Collaborate with Contracts Manager to develop pricing strategies and risk assessment frameworks
- Review and optimize tender documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Monitor pre-tender queries and coordinate responses with technical teams
- Prepare post-tender analysis reports and identify areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tender preparation for construction projects
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Deep understanding of Singaporean construction contracts (e.g., SIA forms)
- Certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS, BQSP) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record in winning competitive tenders
