Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement automated test equipment (ATE) systems to validate semiconductor performance and yield.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers and design teams, to optimize test methodologies.
- Perform root cause analysis on test failures and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and calibrate manufacturing test systems to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Document technical processes, create test plans, and report findings to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, test engineering, or electronics assembly.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor physics, wafer probing, and device characterization.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or LabVIEW.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality assurance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based manufacturing environment (4pm - 1.30am shift).
