Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs for sales staff
- Conduct engaging training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the sales team
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback
- Collaborate with department managers to align training with business objectives
- Maintain training records and prepare regular reports on training activities and outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in furniture sales and training methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training or a similar role
- Proven experience in the furniture industry or retail sector
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training technologies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness
