Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting tasks, including accurate data entry, account reconciliation, and verification of financial records.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports for management and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve discrepancies in accounts and communicate findings effectively to senior accounting staff.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date, and secure filing systems for invoices, receipts, contracts, and other financial documentation.
- Provide timely and accurate support to internal clients and external partners regarding account inquiries and service requests.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, internal controls, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial workflows and process efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance-related role, preferably within a BPO or corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) is a plus.
