- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat for German automotive accounts
- Provide accurate information about Bosch products and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
