We offer a competitive compensation package of up to $4,200 per month with a variable bonus component, reflecting the value we place on our team members' expertise and dedication.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate customer data and streamlined communication
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Generate comprehensive reports on customer behavior, engagement, and satisfaction metrics
- Provide exceptional aftersales support to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- Work closely with leading Automotive and Electric Vehicle brands to understand their specific needs
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty through data-driven insights
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field preferred
