Tanggung Jawab
- Contact potential customers via telephone to present and explain insurance products and services
- Qualify leads and assess customer needs to determine appropriate insurance product recommendations
- Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships in the insurance sector
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly insurance sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and insurance sales activities
- Participate in regular team meetings and insurance product training sessions
- Stay updated on insurance product knowledge and industry trends
- Adhere to company policies and ethical insurance sales practices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about insurance products
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial
