- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude upon entering the mall or store.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Process transactions accurately at the service counter and handle cash handling with precision.
- Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the mall premises are presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with store management and team members to meet daily sales and service targets.
- Uphold the company's brand image and values in every interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level education or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to interact clearly with a diverse clientele.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving merchandise.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High level of emotional intelligence and patience.
