  • Process transactions accurately at the service counter and handle cash handling with precision.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the mall premises are presentable at all times.
  • Collaborate with store management and team members to meet daily sales and service targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level education or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills in English; ability to interact clearly with a diverse clientele.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving merchandise.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and patience.
