Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle high-volume incoming calls and inquiries regarding appointments, medical procedures, and hospital services.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately using the hospital’s database systems.
  • Manage patient queues and provide real-time updates to callers to minimize wait times.
  • Resolve complex patient complaints or issues promptly and escalate to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and contact information.
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide feedback on common patient concerns to help improve service quality.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline, preferably in Nursing, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and empathize with patients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly advantageous.
