- Manage complex accounting transactions and financial records for global clients
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and international financial reporting standards
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Resolve client inquiries regarding account reconciliations and billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with audit teams to facilitate external and internal reviews
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial data
- Train and mentor junior accounting associates on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
- Certification (CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable
