- Schedule high-value appointments between prospects and sales representatives
- Maintain and update detailed client information in CRM systems

- Track and report key performance metrics including conversion rates
- Optimize outreach processes using ReX™ AI analytics and recommendations
- Follow up with leads to ensure appointment confirmation and attendance
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting or telesales
- Proficiency in CRM software and AI-powered sales tools
