Kualifikasi

- 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong ability to handle objections and persuade prospects
- Target-driven mindset with proven track record of meeting goals
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Fluent in English and local dialects (Waray-Waray advantageous)
