Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to qualified leads to schedule appointments for sales teams
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate client records and appointment data
- Meet daily/weekly appointment targets through strategic lead qualification
- Collaborate with ReX™ AI to optimize client outreach and scheduling efficiency
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and address initial inquiries
- Provide feedback to improve appointment-setting strategies and scripts
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust outreach approaches accordingly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting
- Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
