- Proactively contact potential clients to schedule appointments and introduce our services
- Maintain and update client databases with accurate information and appointment details
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and match them with appropriate services
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment targets while maintaining high-quality interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Utilize our proprietary CRM system and work alongside ReX™ AI to optimize outreach strategies
- Track and report on appointment setting metrics and performance indicators
- Continuously refine communication techniques based on feedback and results
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service roles
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global virtual team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client information
