Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to interpret data discrepancies and provide meaningful explanations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and improve reporting processes.
- Monitor and analyze metrics on a regular basis to provide actionable business insights.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data sources used for reporting.
- Support strategic planning by translating complex data into clear, visual presentations.
- Identify trends and patterns in data that can lead to process improvements and cost savings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus).
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment is highly preferred.
