- Handle inbound/outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in CRM systems

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- 6 months-2 years BPO/call center experience
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM platforms
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Fluent in English with clear neutral accent
