Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate product information and service updates to clients.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including call volume and quality scores.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and team morale.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role is preferred but not strictly required.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong computer literacy and fast typing speed.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, if required.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
