Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily site operations to ensure optimal service delivery and resource utilization
- Monitor and resolve operational escalations with minimal disruption to client services
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business objectives
- Document and analyze operational performance data for continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor team members on new operational procedures and technology platforms
- Ensure compliance with Xerox/Lexmark service level agreements and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in call center or technical operations environments
- Proficiency in incident management systems and operational monitoring tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local dialects
- Certification in ITIL or operational management methodologies preferred
- Ability to work independently in hybrid setting with minimal supervision
