- Provide exceptional customer service to travelers at Changi Airport
- Assist passengers with directions, information about airport facilities, and travel-related inquiries
- Help create positive first impressions for international visitors to Singapore
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist travelers with special needs, including elderly passengers, families with children, and individuals with disabilities
- Collaborate with airport staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of Changi Airport facilities and Singapore attractions is an advantage
