Tanggung Jawab
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to resolve overdue accounts and negotiate sustainable payment plans.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and account status in the CRM system.
- Assess customer financial situations to determine appropriate collection strategies and solutions.
- Document all interactions and resolutions according to company compliance standards and regulations.
- Escalate complex accounts or disputes to senior management for specialized handling.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly collection targets to drive revenue growth.
- Build rapport with clients to foster positive, professional long-term relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, or a related financial services role.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven track record of success in meeting targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
