Join MCGA DEBT COLLECTION OPC as a Collections Team Leader and take the next step in your collections career. We're seeking a motivated professional to lead our day shift team focused on local bank and fintech accounts with Tagalog-speaking clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the debt recovery process, driving team performance, ensuring BSP compliance, and meeting collection targets.
As a Collections Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining positive relationships with clients while ensuring debt recovery objectives are met. Your leadership will directly impact the financial health of our organization and contribute to the overall success of our collections operations. We offer a competitive salary package of ₱22,000 – ₱25,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of collections specialists focused on local bank and fintech accounts
- Oversee the debt recovery process and implement effective collection strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to meet collection targets
- Ensure compliance with BSP regulations and company policies
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients while pursuing debt recovery
- Generate regular reports on team performance and collection metrics
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex collection issues
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a collections or debt recovery role, preferably in a leadership position
- Experience managing teams in a call center or collections environment
- Familiarity with BSP regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills, particularly with Tagalog-speaking clients
- Proven ability to meet and exceed collection targets
- Proficiency in collections software and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
