Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services to enhance satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and account information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service quality and team performance.
  • Adhere to company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures to provide accurate information.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be willing to work in Cubao, Metro Manila.
  • Must be willing to undergo a training period and pass assessment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Computer literacy and ability to navigate CRM software effectively.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (relevant field is an advantage).
  • Customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
