Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding healthcare accounts with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information to customers and resolve account-related inquiries efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or management level when necessary.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and drive team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess at least a High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment and meet daily targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Windows and CRM software.
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare support is a plus.
