- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform account-specific tasks and navigate complex systems to assist clients efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to address complex escalations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.

Kualifikasi
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder or High School Graduate with relevant work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
