- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries regarding banking products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining service standards
- Process transactions and update account information with precision
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to compliance protocols and security guidelines
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Fluency in English and Filipino with excellent communication skills
- 6 months to 1 year customer service or call centre experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM tools
- Ability to work rotating shifts and meet performance targets
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic and adaptability
