Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end course enrollment processes, including intake assessments and documentation
- Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accurate course information
- Collaborate with academic teams to ensure seamless student onboarding experiences
- Maintain and update student records in our CRM system with precision
- Identify upsell opportunities for additional courses or services
- Track enrollment metrics and provide weekly reports to management
- Participate in recruitment events and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer service, sales, or enrollment roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently and meet targets
- Experience in education sector preferred
