Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM systems.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Bestank’s product catalog and manufacturing processes to answer technical questions.
- Update customer records and account information in the database to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules and weekends if required.
