- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via digital platforms (email, chat, social media)
- Resolve utility billing discrepancies and payment-related issues
- Provide accurate information on utility services, tariffs, and billing cycles
- Collaborate with billing teams to investigate and resolve complex account issues
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution metrics
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting utility billing
- Support digital transformation initiatives for customer service channels
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service certification preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or billing support
- Proficiency with digital communication tools (CRM, chat platforms, email)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to billing details
- Excellent verbal/written communication in English and local dialects
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during escalated customer interactions
- Basic knowledge of Singapore's utility sector (electricity, water, gas)
- Proven track record of meeting service level agreements
