- Act as primary liaison between FedEx clients and internal operations teams to resolve complex logistics issues
- Analyze supply chain data to identify optimization opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives including inventory management, transportation routing, and delivery scheduling

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management or customer-facing operations
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities with regional stakeholders
- Certification in logistics management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) preferred
- Fluency in English and at least one Asian language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil)
- Deep understanding of Asia-Pacific logistics regulations and customs procedures
