Your primary objective will be to manage the high volume of customer interactions on Facebook, email, and phone efficiently. You will be responsible for answering technical and service-related questions and successfully converting these inquiries into booked appointments for our expert air-conditioning services. Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via Facebook Messenger, Email, and Phone.
- Manage and update customer records and service history in the internal database.
- Book and schedule air-conditioning service appointments with qualified technicians.
- Communicate service details, pricing, and availability to customers clearly.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalations with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the technical sales team to ensure accurate information is provided.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to public inquiries professionally.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or retail sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Knowledge of air-conditioning units or HVAC systems is a strong advantage.
