In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing inquiries across multiple channels to ensure seamless service delivery.

Your primary objective will be to manage the high volume of customer interactions on Facebook, email, and phone efficiently. You will be responsible for answering technical and service-related questions and successfully converting these inquiries into booked appointments for our expert air-conditioning services. Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via Facebook Messenger, Email, and Phone.
  • Manage and update customer records and service history in the internal database.
  • Book and schedule air-conditioning service appointments with qualified technicians.
  • Communicate service details, pricing, and availability to customers clearly.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalations with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the technical sales team to ensure accurate information is provided.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to public inquiries professionally.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or retail sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • Knowledge of air-conditioning units or HVAC systems is a strong advantage.
