Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding insurance policies, claims, and account inquiries.
- Explain insurance products, coverage options, and terms and conditions clearly to clients.
- Assist customers with processing applications, renewals, and policy amendments accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company quality standards, call scripts, and compliance regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs Degree holder or equivalent work experience in a BPO setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Proven ability to handle high call volumes and manage time efficiently under pressure.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and empathy.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, email, and CRM software.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts if required.
